孙子的智慧与投资（二）/兼谈当前股市修正

上回我提到投资理财的一个大前提就是要先胜后战，也就是说要有一个Winning System. 然而很多人都知道Winning System （无论是懒人理财法还是勤快人理财法等等）， 也有一定的资金， 但还是赔了夫人又折兵。 为啥？缺乏良好的心态！

投资的另外一个关键是心态。同样的系统，同样的股票或基金，不同的心态其投资结果可能大相径庭。没有好的稳定的心态， 很难成为一个成功的投资者。

孙子曰：故将有五危:必死，可杀也；必生，可虏也；忿速，可侮也；廉洁，可辱也；爱民，可烦也。凡此五者，将之过也，用兵之灾也。覆军杀将，必以五危，不可不察也。（孙子兵法， 九变第八）

意思是说：将帅有五种性格上的弱点，只知拼命死战的心理，会被杀死；有贪生怕死的心理，会被俘虏；性情急躁的，会因为经不起刺激，从而失去理智；爱好廉 洁的名声，会不能忍受羞辱；爱护民众，并且竭尽全力的保护民众的，会导致过多的烦劳。所以这五种心理弱点，是将领的过错，也是用兵的灾难。军队覆没，将领 牺牲，必定是由于这五种危险引起的，是不能不仔细慎重的。

1盲 目胆大心理。有些投资者从未认真了解学习过投资理论技巧， 甚至连最起码的证券/房地产基础知识都不明白，就贸然参与投资， 其资金帐户的迅速贬值将是必然的选择。经常看见大千很多人盲目跟风，追涨杀跌， 赔了都不知为什么。

2恐惧心理。即使是一个聪明人，当他产生恐惧心理时也会变的愚笨。在证券市场中，恐惧常会使投资者的投资水平发挥失常，屡屡出现失误、并最终导致投资失败。因此，恐惧是长期投资者在股市中获取赢利的最大障碍之一。当前股市只不过以所谓Credit Crunch为由的一个盼望已久的中期修正，这对长期投资者来说提供了又一个买入优质资产的机会。以下用英文分析较方便：

This is NOT end of world yet. US got strong GDP, excellent consumer & business spending, strong demand from consumers across the world (especially in Asia) and reasonable valuation in stocks (Forward P/E is only 14 which less than historic ave) ...

Keep in mind credit crunch only affects less 0.5% of US economy. (See latest "Business Week")

Even we have another Oct 87, so what? Looking back, it is really a good dip to buy in '87, '98 and '02 etc for LT institution and individual investors. Also even in bear market with proper asset allocation you can still win.


3急切焦躁心理。毕竟人非圣贤，由于股市风云莫测，投资者有时难免会心浮气噪。这种焦躁心理是炒股的大忌，投资者不能冷静思考而做出无法挽回的错误决策。心理急切焦躁的投资者不仅最容易失败，也最容易灰心。很多时候投资者就是在充满焦躁情绪的投资中一败涂地的。

很多人刚开始投资时， 在外在的涨跌面前, 内心如水沸腾, 着啦魔似的上天入地；后来起伏不那么大了; 渐渐沸水不在；到了流水也不在, 心如止水的境界时， 你才成为真正的投资高手。

4缺乏忍耐心理。有些投资者恨不得，股票刚一买入就立即上涨，最好是大幅上涨。但是出现这种情况的概率很小，大多数情况下，即使是处于强势的个股也不可避 免的要经历洗盘、震荡、回档、盘整等过程。这正是考验投资者耐心的时候，千万不要象得了芝麻丢了西瓜的猴子一样，看见其它股涨的好，就割肉追涨，或者赚了 一点蝇头小利就急忙抛出，往往会得不偿失。对于基金投资者来说，忍耐尤其重要！一般核心基金至少要抱五年甚至十年。

5不愿放弃一切的心理。证券市场中有数不清的投资机遇，但是，投资者的时间、精力和资 金是有限的，是不可能把握住所有的投资机会，这就需要投资者认识自我， 知己知彼， 发挥自己的强项。 房地产股市各有千秋。

其实大道至简，就说买鞋子吧, 试来试去找到一双合脚的了, 刚穿那几天感觉真舒服, 时间长也就忘了。一套适合自己的投资理念, 战略, 战术,随心所欲, 顺其自然，时间长也就忘了, 不再拘泥, 就这么做了, 也就这么成了。
