我所有的房都是租给whole family, not boyfriend, girlfriend relation.

whole family 搬进来就不走了. move 太麻烦, 特别是有上学的小孩的. 我的所有tenant credit都不好, 可是他们都老老实实付房租,因为他们知道能找到房子不容易.
