求问各位大哥大姐建议：新买了投资房已经2个月了没有租出去，有过一个申请家庭信用只有500多

分，没敢留。现在又有一个申请男的信用530带2个teenaga girls，他的女友也是信用535分也带2个女儿。他们的收入总和是每月税前9500刀。你们说能租给他们吗？谢谢！他们都有很多collections，所以信用不好。
