you are talking about a wrong notice.

Post a Declaration of Abandonment on the door. Ask them to meet you so that they are not abandnoning the unit. If they do not call you, you can go change the lock and loack them out. Then they call, ask for $50 for the trip. If they break in, call the police, they will be arrested immedaitely.
