我刚出租了一个SFH。950美元。没有窗帘（我的差区房子都没有窗帘，装了也白装）。

地毯吸了，也用shampoo洗了。仍旧有狗尿味。不过租客不管这个。因为他们有六条狗。房子的状况就是functioning。

w2在差区没有任何意义。这些很多是季节工，做水泥的，做屋顶的，冬天没活。2000块一个月的，听起来不错，你租给他，就要准备好你兜着走。
