看了sweetptt的帖子，也想探讨一下房客的问题

我觉得找房客还是要以稳定的收入为前提，tenant screen是必不可少的。

去craiglist看看，好多租房广告明确表示“no section8“,主要原因有两个：

1.section 8每年要做严格的房屋inspection，不合格的地方都要让你去修。

2.这类的租客一般都不会take care你的房子。新房租出去，用不了两个月就会变成垃圾场。

我现在租房也是尽量避免section8.
