是杰瑞布朗的增税法案。要点如下：

加州销售税从7.25%提到7.5%。

收入25万到30万的税率从9.3%提到10.3%，收入30万到50万的税率从9.3%提到11.3%，收入50万到100万的税率从9.3%提到13.3%。

此项增税为期7年，从今年开始。

收入25万的每年要多交$2500，收入30万的要多交$6000，收入50万的要多交$20000。
