本老最近从auction拿到一个房子，但里面住着租客。今天跟租客见了吗，告知他俺现在是屋主了，请他尽早准备搬家。他说，这个月的租金已经交给前房东了，要住到月底，而且他们原来的lease 也是到月底expire。俺同意他住到月底，但是不知道是否还得给他发个书面通知，重申原来的lease到月底终止，本人不准备跟他续签lease，他必须与到期之日前搬走。请哪位有过类似经历或知道其中有啥pitfalls 的新老地主不吝指教。
