1.Auction,先要说明是什么样的auction。这个关系很大,关系你是否有权叫他搬走 =》I bought it in a trustee sale. Do I have the right to evict immediately?
2.假如无法联络前业主,试着“套”他给你看看。而这个“Auction”要求新业主必须follow lease的话(所以问题1有关),就什么都不要做,你也没权再发通知。=>In some states, lease agreement survives ownership change. In my case, the existing lease expires by the end of this month. So it's not that bad.
3.无论是哪一种“auction”,假如是买的“as is”,你只能“买”他搬走,或者过了这个月之后,他不走也不付租金,你有权开始eviction。多数情况下这个月你不能做。=>I bought the property in "as-is" condition. I was prepared to pay up to 1 to 2 month's rent to get them out. If he doesn't follow through with his promise, I should have the right to evict him by Nov. 1, right?
