假如说你已经有N个贷款，还能再贷一个，就到头了。

你同时买M个房子。同时签合同，同一天close。

如果贷款经纪帮忙，用同一个经纪也没问题。如果经纪一本正经的不合作，那你就要用不同的经纪。不管怎样，这M个贷款必须来自M个不同的金融机构。有道是出轨不要紧，只要不撞车。这好比是同时谈M个女朋友，千万不能穿帮了。

close之后，你就有N+M个贷款了。好好付mortgage吧，千万别演砸了。

我没这么干，不过听说有人试过，没有穿帮。
