唉，实在忍不住要点醒一下书呆子们的想法

提前这几天是free rent。是给租客免费住，并不等于租约没开始生效。从你钥匙那一刻所签的租约已经生效。我常常给租客free rent，最多的是一个多月free，反正房子是空着。而utility bill马上转到租客名下。这些都可以加在合同上。
