  • No one is allowed to visit or inspect an occupied property (one in which the Seller believes people are currently living).
  • Sellers only consider cash bids on occupied properties.
  • Sellers may add a "Buy it Now" option on or before third day of the posting. This option will remain until the reserve is met or until a buyer chooses
    "Buy it Now."
  • Buyer is responsible for obtaining possession of property after closing.
  • Acceptance of your bid is not final until the Seller signs and returns the Purchase and Sale Agreement to you.
