No one is allowed to visit or inspect an occupied property (one in which the Seller believes people are currently living).

Sellers only consider cash bids on occupied properties.

Sellers may add a "Buy it Now" option on or before third day of the posting. This option will remain until the reserve is met or until a buyer chooses
"Buy it Now."

Buyer is responsible for obtaining possession of property after closing.

Acceptance of your bid is not final until the Seller signs and returns the Purchase and Sale Agreement to you.
