And you need to clean the sidewalk too. If anyone slips on it, they can sue you to the hell. The blood sucking lawyers are smiling at you.

And tri-state commute can easily double (>3hr) during snowfall.

Of course you are in FL, you don't know the pains. I am sure you can share other pains.
