新手求助，被流氓房客赖租赖房。。。

NJ白菜房，去年4月招黑人单亲妈妈，带两孩，一年合同。因为习惯性欠租，今年没有续合同，但是人一直没搬走。7月份开始无法联系，上门只有成年的女儿应门，说是来做babysitter的；电话不接，text不回；moveout notice也被退回来。8月初召警才发出了notice，然后去法院eviction。本来定在9月6日开庭，9月4日接到房客的律师信和电话，说她申请了破产保护，landlord and tenant case自动取消了。我都快哭了，截止9月她已经白白占了8800的房租了。我就苦逼悲催地兢兢业业替她交各种税费。

我是个很面的人，当初可怜她单亲带两个小女孩不容易，就没有赶人，还帮她找各种补助什么的。各位老手大侠，有什么办法吗？

昨天收到township的水费账单，我能申请停水吗？
