One lawyer says bankruptcy court is higher than landlord/tenant

So, the eviction I filed in landlord court is no more active.

I have to go to bankruptcy court to file "motion to release state" to evict her again.

However, if she pays her rent, I have to let her stay under "pay-and-stay" rule.

In summary, she wipes off her $8800 debt and I cannot evict her.
