That is true though. A corporation cannot appear pro se, it needs to have a lawyer.
Looks to me that the lawyer just asked some very basic questions to the first PM. If the PM cannot say that she has authority to bring the lawsuit, why is she even there?
Plus, she didn't lose. The judge is giving her time to find a lawyer -- which is what she should've done in the first place. This is something that she shouldn't save money on -- what happened here is why.
