一个人 full time 可以管多少房子？

根据我对PM的观察，一个PM可以管100个单位。

例子一：PM office 有三个人。一个扮黑脸，赶房客，去法庭，都是她；一个扮白脸，接待申请人，收支票，指挥handymen。一个办公室打杂。

例子二：一个人，所以事情全干，一百套左右。

这些人全部不自己动手，动手另外有各个品种的handymen。
