"Tenant is responsible for reasonable cleaning upon the termination of the lease agreement." If you have this clause in your agreement, you can deduct some. But without a receipt from a professional cleaner, you made the issue unnecessarily complicated. So check your agreement and try to justify the cost to your former tenant.
