该不该扣押金

一个房客最近搬走。房子很脏。俺找人清洗地毯，花了百刀，俺自个洗墙刷墙，洗百叶窗，等等，花了两个周末，材料费和人工扣了三百来刀。房客抗辩说，地、墙，窗帘脏是normal wear and tear, 不应该扣押金。坛上的地主，是这样吗？
