首先声明一下，是诚心请教，不是来挑衅的。

我认为你之所以能对那个section8那么严格，完全是因为她有把柄抓在你手里，她需要well behaved to keep her section8 status. 如果不是section8，又没有credit（穷人区里的人应该都没有credit吧），他们不付你房租也不会失去什么。如果碰到与lease相悖的情况，你会怎样处理？
