昨日一帖，引来许多争议,

见仁见智，都一一谢过。地主不易，最难的是与房客打交道。这只是俺的一个普通案例。最后的结果是皆大欢喜。俺不认为穷人卑下，歧视他们。他们之所以穷，一个毛病就是缺乏责任心。作地主要负起地主的责任，做房客也要遵守房客的规矩。俺感觉地主与房客都有磨合的过程。一个经过了这个过程的房客会是一个很好的房客。俺也是入道不久，摸索学习，有时间会写下俺的点滴经验，来这里交流。
