I am sorry I can't replace anything for you anymore unless it doesn't work due to natural wear and tear.

Everything is working at the time when you looked the house and when you moved in. You accepted the property conditions at the time we signed the lease.

I replaced a lot of things and spent a lot of money for you only because I tried to be nice to my new tenant. We are doing a favor to you that we don't have to do. You may move out if you really concern the conditions or you are welcome to replace anything you want with my permission.
