明天有个realtor带租客来看我的出租房,会不会有问题?

我没有租客的直接联系方式.下面是realtor的email.会不会有问题, 感觉有点too good to be true的味道.还有这个truwest网站, 没看见有帮助寻租的业务. 如果是真的,对于realtor带来的租客,我应该注意些什么? 谢谢!
