从ABG的卖租纠结，看business sense

楼下的贴，有建议租，有建议卖的。我赞成卖了，重新投资。原因，一是亏损的资产没有保留价值，二是管理上的时间也要以金钱计算。

对在一定期限内，不能赚钱的投资一律要割，而且要快速地割。这是投资的一个要素。

投资除了赚钱，还有一点就是如何把不良资产从健康产业中及时剥离，从而让整体产业能健康前行，发展壮大。
