比如说loss of income, unemployed, divorce, new-born, relocation etc. 很多时候house under water is NOT legitimate reason for short-selling.

你需要给银行所有paystub, bank statements, tax returns before they can approve shortsale.

如果你qualify，很多银行不会追difficiency.

找个靠谱一点的real estate agent 帮你。
