我们也是没有办法的办法要short sale，可是如何操作一点也不清楚。


１）是先要停付３次贷款才能做short sale？还是直接找个short sale company上市房子，让她们与银行联 系？
２）short sale后我们还有债务问题吗？债务＝（你目前贷款数－卖后价格）／２
