这个例子算是比较惨。

马上停止付房贷， HOA， etc。

1）要求bank做loan modification。

2）modification不成的话，要求short sale。找个agent做short sale。

3）如果short sale不成。要求deed in liu。

4）如果deed in liu也不成，甩房子走人。
