回国了，我的房子怎么办？仍，卖，还是租？

06年买的condo，16万，1200尺，2睡房，2.5厕所。现在要回国了，才发现邻居在市场上挂着8万都好几个月了，鲜有人问津。

要出租的话900—1000很容易,不知道中介是否省心，毕竟人在国内。

小女子比较笨，也不知欠银行多少钱现在，所以在想是不是扔给银行更省心？月付800和管理费200就当租房了，赔了3万多首付。在南卡。
