1, HD, semi-gloss/egg shell, antique white, ~$60 for 5G. Get discount card at customer service, save $5.

2, No need for more expensie paint.

3, Use expanding foam, $4 a can (don't get it sticked to your self, tough to remove), then cut clean and paint.

4, Replace, 1k.

5, Don't change.
