煮熟的鸭子飞了！

我还是头一回遇上。这一个房子，折腾了好久了。贷款也下来了。要延长时间以便银行appraisal，我也找好了人去验房。

结果卖方就没有签字延长时间，而是接受了另一个offer！

我一时间不知如何是好了。我在那里买的够多的了，要不要这一个倒是无所谓。就是比较气人，做了这么多努力，煮熟的鸭子飞了。

还有就是可惜了银行已经同意的贷款。
