请教关于offer letter

初次买房，没有用买方经纪。周末看中一房，晚上口头给了卖方经纪offer。今早卖方经纪致电说准备了一份offer letter form, 要买方签了才去跟房主报offer。我们应该签这份offer letter还是用自己的offer letter呢？谢谢指点！
