这种情况下，listing agent 会降低佣金百分比来争取让屋主接受我们的offer吗？这是个overpriced在市场好一段时间的房子，感觉屋主有点急了，所以我们offer的报价比现有的另外一个有买方经纪的offer高一点而已。
