地点不错，这种CARRY OUT的店因为成本低，风险相对小。melody的建议很好，到现场去统计一下一天的售出量，和收益报告做一个对比。

有PIZZA HUT作基础，就有现金流，其它的房再租出去，应该是不错的。相信老大的感觉，能吸引到你的一定是有价值的。

小城看起来很干净，为什么照片里一个人都没看到。
