感谢投坛各位朋友的帮助和鼓励，今天向大家通报一下打官司的结局. 由于她没法提供关于暖气需要修理的书面的通知，CASE IS DISMISSED。所以，我就用她的押金来弥补我的房租损失， 而且还有多余呢。
