I had recovered my loss through the deposit, so should be satisfied. Also, I didn't send her the written notice regarding the deposit distribution. Anyway, I didn't expect to have her pay my rental loss either, since she is a single mom with two kids. I don't want to push her to the edge. She got punished for her break the lease and greedy already.
