Section 8租客是留，还是不留？

古石以前和Section8打过一次交道，没有成功，后来就暗下决心，再也不考虑Section8了。（要空置房供County来Inspect，后来批准的价格还比市场价低。）

最近买了一个房，结果也带来了一个Section8的租客。

Seller已经给出了90天Notice。下面就看古石留不留他们了。

好处就是什么也不用做，过户就开始收租。租金还蛮好的。而且可以一个月就Close。

坏处就是他们当然不是很Strong，家里也乱糟糟的。如果政府补助停止时好好走也行，就怕到时候走不了要Eviction。（古石的租客一般在工作和付款能力上都还是比较可以的。)

另外就是如果不留他们，房子还是需要整理一下（5千块以内），再出租也要1，2个月空置。

大家觉得这种情况下，应该留还是不留。

据说Section8的Lease Agreement还要有Section8 Addendum（http://www.hud.gov/offices/adm/hudclips/forms/files/52641-a.pdf）. 其他的在合同上需要注意什么吗？
