房客交的一个月的deposit也算出租房收入吗? 将来是要归还的.

从TurboTax上来看, 好象是应该算成出租房收入的, 请帮忙确认一下, 谢谢!

听说大多数地主都能把Net profit算成负数. 我把房客交的一个月的deposit也算出租房收入,结果Net profit是正的.是不是大家都不把deposit算成收入的?
