TurboTax是这样解释的:

Examples Include:

    - Rent paid by your tenants

    - Security deposit that you keep

    - Repairs made by your tenants in exchange for lower rent

    - Personal goods and services exchanged for lower rent 

是不是暂时要算,等将来退还 deposit时, 再从当年的rental income中减去? 也许这里的security deposit不是我们通常说的one month deposit? 谢谢!
