最好成立一个新的LLC，HOLD共同出资的房

因为有合伙人的参与，最好成立一个新的LLC，制定完善的进出分成协议，HOLD共同出资的房，把个人资产和入股资产分开，也是一种风险防范的办法。

做软件设计，最根本的是DECOUPLING，把不同性质的东西分开，越小越好，以后的维护和管理，相互的影响越小，是最佳的方案。其中有费用问题，平衡这两者的得失是商业运作的必须条件之一。
