也问一个LLC holding Real Estate 的问题

假如LLC 有 100 股,有3个房子,分别折旧了3,5,15年。现一投资者B加入,增发30股,买入一房。3年以后,4个房折旧年数是6,8,18,3.如果这时投资者B向其他股东售出(价钱由他们自己协商决定)那30股,CapitalGain怎么算,对房子的折旧有无影响。
