如果他已经cleaned whole house, and carpet, you should not deduct any.

unless you are not satisfied and done more cleaning, then deduct the actual cost.

What I would do for that week is if I can rent it out to someone else, I would only charge him 3 weeks for the month or I'll deduct 1 week rent.
