应该退多少押金？

房客要搬出去， 提早一星期。(They gave 30 days notice, but move out in about three weeks)

房客住了一年零七个月。

请问可以扣除清扫废用 和 清扫地毯的费用吗 (cleaning for the whole house and carpet deep cleaning) 房客有一只猫

另外可扣除一星期的房租吗？ 新的房客也可能会早一点搬入

另外需注意什么？
