大家给建议建议。看中一个房子￥420，000，我们很想买。但我们现住房租出去

能租1500到1600.我们现住房的房贷加保险加home owner assciation是2100.所以有500到600的差额。从我们的收入，我们能付起2个房贷。但我们不知这么做值吗？从税的角度上看，非常希望大家给看看，我们非常想买这个房子。但考虑到如租了现住房，每月填500 -- 600.心里总觉不是滋味。我们没有很多现金往现住房放。感谢大家回复！！！
