请教6个月内做重新贷款的事情

前些时通过Loan Broker做的贷款，这两天Lender的银行直接打电话过来，告诉本人同样的Program可以降低0.5%的利息，没有任何Cost。

这好像是个很好的事情。以前在地方银行也做过，但那是在6个月开外。

由于贷款时，Loan Broker有个Form签了6个月内不准重新贷款。担心会不会有什么罚款later。

反复和Lender的工作人员确认，工作人员说他们是Lender,说没事就是没事。而且是同一个银行，只是降利息。

也有邮件为凭。

把Lender的信转给Loan　Ｂｒｏｋｅｒ，以求确认。Ｌｏａｎ　Ｂｒｏｋｅｒ说Ｌｅｎｄｅｒ只是一个服务提供方，后面还有Ｉｎｖｅｒｓｔｏｒ。如果Ｉｎｖｅｓｔｏｒ追究银行，银行就会追究Ｂｒｏｋｅｒ，他们就会追究我们，找我们赔钱。

这就让我们不知所从了。
