FINAL WALK THROUGH 发现卧室天花板有一条LEAKING痕迹。但是已经干了。HOA与AGENT的EMAIL显示HOA会进行修理房顶和天花板。但也许2周或更长。Agent要求我马上CLOSE ESCROW(他认为因为HOA说了会修理)。 而银行的信上最后时间3月5日之前.我的问题是如果close之后有人要租,这种房子状况我可以出租吗?(已经有人联系看房)。先谢谢大家了!!!
