非常感谢名人va_landlord的回答。赶紧问一下，我必须马上close吗？可以close在3月5日吗？

另外HOA还不知何时修理，如果和租客讲清楚而其愿意在修理之前入住，之后会不会有什么麻烦呢？需要在least上说清楚吗？再次感谢！！！
