没有事先通知，去敲房客的门不犯规吧?

房客二月份的房租还没有交，她说上星期五才到银行开账号，到今天支票还没有clear(4 个工作日), 也不知道什么时候可以clear, 我就登门去递交5天(pay or quit)的通知。大人不在，里面只有小孩，我按门铃，敲门，还把deadlock拧了一下。但是没有进去，门也是锁的。

十分钟后，电话就追来了，说吓了她们的小孩，她要叫警察，还说粗话等等。她老公是保安之类的。还来短信说空调的暖气等了好久，到上星期五才修好，给她们造成很大不便等等。

万一我们以此理由不付房租，我还是有充分理由evict 他们吧?

我觉得我没有犯规吧? (事先没有通知，去敲门)没有什么大不了的吧?
