不是因为我了敲门，而是理论来说也是对的。

deliver notice 有三个方法，其中之一就是hand deliver。如果不敲门，怎么hand deliver 加 tenant signature?

如果事先通知房客，只要有正常IQ的人都不会在家里等你。你去了也是白去。

至于拧门锁，只是检查一下有没有锁门。如果真要进去，landlord 要钥匙，根本不需要试一下。
