地主自己家的电线坏了,电工估价1200刀,合理吗?

最近特背，地主自己家的电线坏了。进电表的两根火线，一根有电，一根没电。家里一半有电，一半没电。电力公司说是从变电箱到电表之间的线烧断了，他们不管，要我们自己找人修。

 

叫来的电工估价1200刀。他说要把电线挖出来，大概30-40尺。我的房子2001年的，听说电线外面应该有pipe.是不是不需要整个电线挖出来?只要把坏电线扯出来,塞根新电线就行?

 

电工的估价如下,合理吗？
